ABOUT HER CLINIC
Evidence-based care with a human heart
HER Clinic is a specialist eating disorder dietetic practice based on the Central Coast, NSW. Led by Grace Russell, an experienced Eating Disorder Dietitian, we provide trauma-informed nutrition support for people experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and complex relationships with food.
“Recovery is possible. Early, intensive support is associated with the best outcomes — but compassionate care at every stage matters.”
All care is delivered within a warm, non-judgemental framework that recognises the emotional, psychological, and medical complexity of eating disorders.

Hiding food, avoiding eating with others, or becoming secretive around meals
Unexpected changes in weight or intense preoccupation with body shape
