For Eating Disorder Treatment

A GP referral is not required to access this service, however regular monitoring by a GP is essential. Referrals from a GP with an Eating Disorder Management Plan (EDP) can be arranged by your GP. This allows for 20 Dietitian sessions with a rebate of $58.00 per session.

Initial Appointment: 75 minutes Cost: $200 (with referral out of pocket expense is $142)

Review Appointments: 50 minutes Cost: $160 (with referral out of pocket expense is $103)

For Non Diet/Women’s Health nutrition counselling

A GP referral is not required to access this service. Referrals from a GP with an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) can be arranged by your GP. This allows for 5 Dietitian sessions with a rebate of $58.00 per session. After 5 sessions using EPC, I am happy to offer reduced fee for sessions thereafter. Note: this service is only available with Grace via Telehealth

Initial Appointment: 75 minutes Cost: $120 (with referral out of pocket expense is $62)

Review Appointments: 30 minutes Cost $85 (with referral out of pocket expense is $27)

Please note

  • Medicare rebate of $58.00 is only available for those with an Eating Disorder Plan (EDP) or Enhanced Primary Care (EPC). To be eligible you must bring your referral to the appointment and payment must be made in full before receiving rebate. For example, if session fee is $160, client will pay $160 on the day, the medicare rebate of $58.00 will be deposited into clients bank account, and client will have paid $103.00 out of pocket.

  • You can claim Private health fund rebates manually with your provider. 

  • Sessions will be conducted in person in my Central Coast office or via zoom for telehealth.

  • Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. A 50% fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. 

  • If you are suffering financial hardship, please let us know and we can offer a sliding scale fee for a number of sessions.
